We always try to treat your order within 48h after receiving it. You can expect to received your order within 7 to 10 business days. If, for some unforeseen circumstances we cannot respect this time frame, we will contact you immediately to let you know. The order is sent directly to your specified address through Canada Posts.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
We try to always keep a good amount of products in our inventory. However it is possible that we end up with out of stock products at the time when your order is placed. In this case, we follow up on your order and keep you informed by email. If you notice that a LOWELL product is out of stock on our site, please do not hesitate to contact us by email because it may be possible to produce the product you are looking for. If this is the case, the delivery time may be a little longer.
WORKSHOP LEAD TIME
All LOWELL bags and accessories are proudly made in our Montreal workshop. The production of goods may take up to 8 weeks depending of time of year and raw materials availability. We will make sure to keep you update on any delay.

IN STORE PICK UP
We offer you the possibility of coming to pick up your online purchases at our boutique, which allows you to avoid delivery fees.
RETURN PROCESS (online)
Before returning an item, please contact us by phone at 514-544-6518 or by email at email@example.com. We will give you a return authorization number (RA#) that you must write on the return box. Any items returned must be sent at your expense to the LOWELL store and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Any damaged product will not be refunded or exchanged even if it is returned within the proscribed period. All items under guaranty will be redirected at our cost.
EXCHANGES OR REFUND POLICIES (online)
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase you made on the online store, it will be a pleasure for us to exchange it or refund you as soon as possible. You must send your complaint within 10 days of receiving your purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org. Beyond this period no exchange or refund will be possible. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON bathing suits, underwears or discounted items. All products on sale are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
