Shrub & Co is a Californian artisan company, created by a small group of servers and cocktail enthusiasts who wanted to revive the use of vinegared juice. Rescued from the obscurity of the colonial era and reimagined for today’s craft cocktail enthusiasts, shrubs enhance your favourite concoctions. These elixirs add fruit-forward flavour and complexity to your drinks by using a clever combination of sweet and tart notes.
This may be the most complex and layered member in the Shrub & Co family. It hits your palate with a burst of cranberry, which is balanced by the tart, yet sweet juice of Meyer Lemon. The aroma and finish are a refreshing perfume of wild-harvested Douglas Fir, collected by hand from the Sierra Nevada range in California.
The Cranberry Infused With Douglas Fir flavour has been created in a collaboration with Shrub & Co's friends from The Living Wild Project, inspired by their desire to deepen the relationship with the land we inhabit.

The Mountain Cosmopolitan
1 1/2 oz vodka
3/4 oz Cranberry Shrub
1/2 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Add all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass garnished with a lime wheel.
1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz Shrub & Co. Cranberry
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
Pour ingredients into a mixing glass, then add ice. Stir and strain into coupe, garnish with lemon peel.
