• Delivery fees are free in Canada with all order of 250$ or more
• Delivery fees in Canada are 10$
• Delivery fees for the United States are 20$
• Delivery fees for International shipping are 40$

SHIPPING POLICY

We always try to treat your order within 48h after receiving it. You can expect to received your order within 7 to 10 business days. If, for some unforeseen circumstances we cannot respect this time frame, we will contact you immediately to let you know. The order is sent directly to your specified address through Canada Posts.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

We try to always keep a good amount of products in our inventory. However it is possible that we end up with out of stock products at the time when your order is placed. In this case, we follow up on your order and keep you informed by email. If you notice that a LOWELL product is out of stock on our site, please do not hesitate to contact us by email because it may be possible to produce the product you are looking for. If this is the case, the delivery time may be a little longer.

WORKSHOP LEAD TIME

All LOWELL bags and accessories are proudly made in our Montreal workshop. The production of goods may take up to 8 weeks depending of time of year and raw materials availability. We will make sure to keep you update on any delay.

DELIVERY TIME

• It usually takes around 7-10 days to deliver your order (depending on which region it is being delivered to)
• Purchases will be sent to the address attached to the order. It is possible however to deliver an order to another address besides the one attached to your profile.

IN STORE PICK UP

We offer you the possibility of coming to pick up your online purchases at our boutique, which allows you to avoid delivery fees.

• You will have the opportunity, while picking up your purchase in store, to check out the rest of our collections. It will therefore be possible to make an exchange up to 10 days after picking up your order
• Please note that is preferable that you come pick up your order in store within 2 weeks of making the purchase online. If it is not possible for you to come within that time frame please let us know
• If for some reason you must come to the store to pick up your order the same day it was purchased online, please let us know.

RETURN PROCESS (online)

Before returning an item, please contact us by phone at 514-544-6518 or by email at orders@lowellmtl.ca. We will give you a return authorization number (RA#) that you must write on the return box. Any items returned must be sent at your expense to the LOWELL store and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Any damaged product will not be refunded or exchanged even if it is returned within the proscribed period. All items under guaranty will be redirected at our cost.

WARRANTY AFTER SALE 

All LOWELL accessories are lifetime guaranteed. The warranty covers hardware failure, rips in the seams or other abnormal wear. We will try to repair any defects whatsoever, otherwise we will exchange it. This warranty does not apply to the consequences of accidents, negligence, or breach of the maintenance. It does not cover damage caused by external factors such as contact with materials-marking, excessive friction or weather.

All LOWELL accessories are made from natural materials. The homogeneity of these materials is not guaranteed nor sought by its creators. In addition, the entire fur used is recycled and comes from used coats. This is what makes each and every piece of our collection so unique. Although we can guarantee the type of fur or leather colour of the product you choose, these can vary from one to another.
